- The low estimate is for providing the Engel & Völkers Engage Training to one staff member ($98) and to 3 sales advisors ($98 per person) and for providing SPT Training to one staff member ($298). The high estimate includes SPT Training for 2 staff members and in-person Engel & Völkers Engage Training for up to 50 attendees. We do not usually offer Engel & Völkers Engage Training in person, but if, upon your request we agreed to provide it in person we will charge you $4,998 for that training. We would then provide your sales advisors and/or staff members a 1 day Engel & Völkers Engage training at a location in the U.S. that we designate. The fee for the in person Engel & Völkers Engage includes the trainer's compensation, travel, accommodation and incedental expenses, the training course materials and their shipment. A minimum of 15 but no more than 50 attendees would be trained. The highest estimated amount if you use the regular, virtual Engel & Völkers Engage Training is $2,752 and is calculated on the same basis as the low estimate but for providing Engel & Völkers Engage Training to 1 additional staff member and 17 additional sales advisors (for a total of 20 sales advisors and 2 staff members) and SPT Training to 1 additional staff member (for a total of 2 staff members).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Engel & Volkers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the cost for training varies based on the type of training and number of people attending. The low estimate for training is based on providing Engel & Volkers Engage Training to one staff member ($98) and to three sales advisors ($98 per person), plus SPT Training for one staff member ($298). The high estimate includes SPT Training for two staff members and in-person Engel & Volkers Engage Training for up to 50 attendees.
Engel & Volkers does not usually offer Engel & Volkers Engage Training in person, but if they agree to provide it, they will charge $4,998 for that training. This in-person training would be a one-day Engel & Volkers Engage training at a location in the U.S. designated by Engel & Volkers. The in-person training fee covers the trainer's compensation, travel, accommodation, incidental expenses, training course materials, and their shipment. A minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50 attendees would be trained.
The highest estimated amount if you use the regular, virtual Engel & Volkers Engage Training is $2,752. This is calculated for providing Engel & Volkers Engage Training to two staff members and 20 sales advisors, plus SPT Training to two staff members. In addition to these training fees, franchisees must also pay for travel costs for themselves and their brokerage manager to attend training, whether it is conducted virtually or on-site.
