What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Engel & Volkers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must pay a one-time, non-refundable fee of $2,500 for an Administrative Location. This fee is required at the time of execution of the Administrative Location Addendum.
