Sales Advisors must complete, and staff members supporting Sales Advisors may complete, Engel & Völkers Engage, which is conducted in separate virtual modules via web-based platforms over the duration of one week. You may request on-site training in a city in the U.S. as determined by us depending on the number of participants (minimum 15 participants and maximum 50 participants).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Engel & Volkers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee requests on-site Engel & Volkers Engage training in a U.S. city, Engel & Volkers determines whether to provide it based on the number of participants. A minimum of 15 participants is required for Engel & Volkers to conduct the training on-site. The maximum number of participants allowed for on-site training is 50.
Engel & Volkers also offers the Engel & Volkers Engage training virtually via web-based platforms. The FDD states that the in-person Engel & Volkers Engage training fee is $4,998, which includes the trainer's compensation, travel, accommodation, incidental expenses, training course materials, and their shipment. However, the franchisee is responsible for the cost of the training location, food, beverages, and any applicable service fees.
Franchisees are also responsible for the attendees' expenses, which can vary depending on travel distance, mode of transportation, and individual preferences. Attendance is mandatory for sales advisors and staff members supporting sales advisors. This on-site training option provides a more personalized and interactive learning experience, but it also entails additional costs for the franchisee beyond the training fee itself.
