Engel & Volkers may provide on-site training in a U.S. city depending on the number of participants, with a minimum of 15 participants required.

If a franchisee requests in-person Engel & Volkers Engage training, Engel & Volkers may agree to provide a 1-day training at a designated U.S. location. The fee for this in-person training is $4,998, which covers the trainer's compensation, travel, accommodation, incidental expenses, training course materials, and their shipment. This on-site training option provides flexibility for franchisees who prefer in-person instruction for their sales advisors and staff. However, it also entails significant costs beyond the standard virtual training, including the training fee, venue expenses, and attendee costs. Franchisees should carefully weigh the benefits of on-site training against the additional financial burden.
