Franchisor will advise Franchisee in writing or by electronic transmission of any amendments, additions to and/or deletions from or substitutions for the System Documentation. Franchisee hereby undertakes to make corresponding amendments to its versions of the System Documentation at its own expense as soon as practicable on receipt of notification of these amendments, and to comply with the requirements of the System Documentation as it may be revised from time to time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Engel & Volkers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Engel & Volkers will advise franchisees of any changes to the System Documentation in writing or via electronic transmission. These changes may include amendments, additions, deletions, or substitutions to the existing documentation.
Engel & Volkers franchisees are then responsible for updating their own copies of the System Documentation to reflect these changes as soon as they are notified. The franchisee bears the expense of making these updates. Franchisees must comply with the updated System Documentation as it is revised from time to time.
Engel & Volkers retains the right to modify the System Documentation at its sole discretion based on its business judgment. Franchisees are expected to stay current with these changes and integrate them into their business operations. This ensures that all Engel & Volkers franchises maintain uniform standards and adapt to evolving market conditions.
