What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Engel & Volkers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the in-person Engel & Volkers Engage training fee is $4,998. This fee covers the trainer's compensation, travel, accommodation, and incidental expenses, as well as the training course materials and their shipment. Engel & Volkers will provide a one-day training session at a location they designate within the U.S.
The in-person training is not the standard format. Engel & Volkers typically conducts the Engage Training online via a virtual web-based platform. The in-person training is only offered under exceptional circumstances and upon the franchisee's specific request. The in-person training accommodates a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50 attendees.
