Your sales advisors and staff members supporting sales advisors must complete the Engel & Völkers Engage Training before you open for business. The fee for the Engel & Völkers Engage Training is currently $98 per person. We estimate on the low end that you will have at least 1 staff member and 3 sales advisors participating in the Engel & Völkers Engage Training and on the high end, we estimate that you would have and 2 staff members and 20 sales advisors participating in the Engel & Völkers Engage Training. At least one staff member must also complete the Support Path Training (SPT). The fee for that training is $298 per person. In most cases we estimate that you would have 2 staff members and 20 sales advisors participating in the Engel & Völkers Engage Training and 2 staff members participating in the SPT Training. Normally, the Engel & Völkers Engage Training is an online, virtual training, but if, upon your request we agreed to provide it in person, we will charge you a flat fee of $4,998 for that training. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Engel & Volkers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the fee for the in-person Engel & Volkers Engage Training is $4,998. This fee covers the trainer's compensation, travel, accommodation, incidental expenses, training course materials, and their shipment. This training is provided only upon request and if Engel & Volkers agrees to provide it in person.
The in-person Engel & Volkers Engage training is a one-day session held at a location in the U.S. designated by Engel & Volkers. A minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50 attendees can be trained in this format. The FDD notes that Engel & Volkers Engage Training is normally conducted online and virtually.
Prospective franchisees should note that while the $4,998 covers the costs directly related to the trainer and materials, they are responsible for the cost of the training location, food and beverages, and any applicable service fees. Additionally, if the training is conducted at a physical location, franchisees are responsible for covering the per diem salaries/compensation, travel expenses, meals, lodging, and other costs for their staff members or sales advisors attending the training programs.
