The fee ranges from $5,000 to $6,000 per year, depending on whether the Residential Real Estate Brokerage already holds a Development Services Designation.
For Engel & Volkers franchisees with a Development Services Designation, the annual fee is $5,000 per Residential Real Estate Brokerage for any 12-month period. This designation includes 1 Principal and up to 4 additional designees. An additional fee of $300 is charged per additional designee per Residential Real Estate Brokerage for both the first and second 12-month periods.
If the Engel & Volkers Residential Real Estate Brokerage does not have a Development Services Designation, the annual fee is $6,000 per Residential Real Estate Brokerage for any 12-month period. This also includes 1 franchisee principal (License Partner) and up to 4 additional designees, with an additional fee of $325 per 12-month period for any extra designees. The Commercial Designation is an optional program for qualified franchisees.
