We and our affiliates do not operate real estate brokerages but our franchisees do under the ENGEL & VÖLKERS trademark and/or other trademarks and we and our affiliates may develop other real estate related operations and franchise systems in the future.
Neither we, nor our affiliates, compete with you in your Protected Area through alternative channels of distribution for products and services such as through internet or catalog, telemarketing or direct sales.
Neither we, nor any of our affiliates currently operate or franchise, or have plans to operate or franchise under a different trademark any business that sells services similar to those you will offer.

According to Engel & Volkers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Engel & Volkers and its affiliates do not operate real estate brokerages. However, Engel & Volkers franchisees do operate them under the Engel & Völkers trademark and/or other trademarks. Engel & Volkers and its affiliates may develop other real estate-related operations and franchise systems in the future.
This means that as a franchisee, you will not be directly competing with corporate-owned Engel & Volkers real estate brokerages. However, Engel & Volkers retains the right to develop other real estate-related businesses, which could potentially introduce new forms of competition or collaboration in the future. It is important to note that Engel & Volkers does not operate Residential Real Estate Brokerages.
