Can Engel & Volkers or its affiliates modify the Terms of Sale and Supply?

According to Engel & Volkers's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Engel & Volkers and its affiliates retain the right to revise or modify the Terms of Sale and Supply. They can also implement separate Terms of Sale and Supply for Engel & Volkers or any of its affiliates. The then current version of Engel & Volkers Terms of Sale and Supply, which is attached as Appendix 2 to the Franchise Agreement, applies to the sale of all goods and services supplied by Engel & Volkers or its affiliates to the franchisee.

This means that as a franchisee, you are subject to the Terms of Sale and Supply in place at any given time, and these terms can be changed by Engel & Volkers.
