| FA. | NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the provisions in the FA, the promises in this |
| Administrative Location Addendum, and other good and valuable consideration, the delivery, receipt, and | |
| sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the parties mutually agree as set forth below. All capitalized terms | |

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Engel & Volkers' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, establishing an Administrative Location does not replace the requirement to have an Approved Location. The Administrative Location is for housing administrative and support personnel and handling related tasks, as stated in the Administrative Location Addendum to the Franchise Agreement.
The Engel & Volkers franchisee must still establish and operate a separate Approved Location as outlined in the Franchise Agreement. The Administrative Location is considered an additional location for specific administrative purposes and does not fulfill the obligations related to the primary real estate brokerage operation.
The Administrative Location Addendum outlines that the franchisee acknowledges and agrees that the Administrative Location does not replace or amend the obligation to establish and operate an Approved Location as set forth in the Franchise Agreement.
