What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Endless Summer Sweets's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Endless Summer Sweets reserves the right to modify the initial training program's length and content. This adjustment is based on the experience and skill level of the individual attending the training.

For a prospective franchisee, this means the initial training may be tailored to their specific needs and prior experience. If a franchisee has extensive experience in the food service industry or business management, Endless Summer Sweets might shorten or modify the training to focus on aspects specific to the Endless Summer Sweets system. Conversely, a franchisee with less experience may receive a more comprehensive and extended training program.

This flexibility in training can be beneficial, as it allows Endless Summer Sweets to efficiently allocate resources and provide targeted support to franchisees. However, it also introduces an element of uncertainty, as the exact duration and content of the training program may not be known in advance. Franchisees should inquire about the criteria used to determine the training program's length and content to better understand what to expect.

Endless Summer Sweets offers its standard pre-opening training to the franchisee's Principal Executive and up to one additional person, without any training fees. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, meal, and other out-of-pocket expenses during the training period.
