What This Means (2024 FDD)
Based on the 2024 Endless Summer Sweets Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is required to pay the total Initial Franchise Fees to the franchisor upon the execution of the Multi-Unit Development Agreement (MUDA). These fees are non-refundable.
For the first location, the franchisee and franchisor execute the Franchise Agreement simultaneously with the MUDA. For each additional franchise, the franchisee must execute the franchisor's current standard form of franchise agreement no later than three business days after leasing or acquiring a location.
It's important to note that the MUDA does not grant the franchisee the right to construct, open, or operate an Endless Summer Sweets business. The franchisee can only do so under a separate franchise agreement for each location, executed according to the MUDA.
