What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Endless Summer Sweets's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Endless Summer Sweets will provide franchisees with suggested staffing levels. Specifically, the FDD states that Endless Summer Sweets will provide suggested staffing levels in Section 5.2 of the franchise agreement.
In addition to suggested staffing levels, Endless Summer Sweets also provides suggested guidelines for hiring employees, also found in Section 5.2. The franchisor will also provide operational instructions in the manual that franchisees can use as part of training new employees.
However, the FDD stipulates that all hiring decisions and conditions of employment are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. Therefore, while Endless Summer Sweets offers guidance, the franchisee ultimately decides on staffing.
