What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Endless Summer Sweets FDD, Endless Summer Sweets will provide franchisees with suggested guidelines for hiring employees. Specifically, Endless Summer Sweets includes these guidelines in Section 5.2 of the franchise agreement.
