Does Endless Summer Sweets provide on-site opening support, and for how long?

According to the 2024 Endless Summer Sweets FDD, Endless Summer Sweets does provide on-site opening support. A representative will provide on-site support for up to one week around the time of the opening of the franchisee's business. This support is part of the franchisor's pre-opening obligations to the franchisee.

In addition to on-site support, Endless Summer Sweets will also advise the franchisee regarding the planning and execution of their market introduction plan. The franchisor will also provide access to their Operations Manual. The manual contains operational instructions that the franchisee can use as part of training new employees.

Endless Summer Sweets will provide a list of specifications and approved suppliers for the equipment, signs, fixtures, opening inventory, and supplies necessary to open the business. However, Endless Summer Sweets does not provide these items directly, nor do they deliver or install these items. The franchisee is responsible for conforming the premises of their site to local ordinances and building codes and obtaining any required permits.
