What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Endless Summer Sweets Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise term is 10 years from the date of the franchise agreement. This means a franchisee will operate under the terms of the agreement for that period, after which renewal is possible.
At the end of the initial term, the franchisee has the option to renew the agreement. However, Endless Summer Sweets may require the franchisee to sign a successor franchise agreement with materially different terms and conditions.
