What instructional materials are used in the Endless Summer Sweets training program?

According to the 2024 Endless Summer Sweets Franchise Disclosure Document, the instructional materials used in the training program include the Operations Manual and other training materials that Endless Summer Sweets develops.

The initial training program consists of both classroom and on-the-job training. The training program is held at the original Endless Summer Sweets location in Berkely, California, or at a location designated by them, for approximately two weeks. This training begins about twelve weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open their business.

The franchise owner and restaurant manager must attend the training. Franchisees can also send an employee, so up to three people may attend the initial training. All attendees must complete training at least six weeks before opening their Endless Summer Sweets location.
