What information about the franchisee's business will the Endless Summer Sweets website include?

According to Endless Summer Sweets' 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor may maintain a website for the Endless Summer Sweets brand. If a website is maintained, it may include the franchisee's business information and telephone number.

Endless Summer Sweets may establish one or more websites to advertise the franchise opportunity. The franchisor is not obligated to maintain the website and may create additional or replacement websites. Franchisees must use the franchisor's website and are not permitted to operate a separate website for their Endless Summer Sweets restaurant business without prior approval.

Endless Summer Sweets also provides franchisees with materials for use on social media sites, such as a Facebook page. However, franchisees may not use any electronic media, including the Internet, or any social media, for viewing by the public that contains or is associated with their Endless Summer Sweets restaurant business or the company's registered trademarks without prior written approval. The franchisor retains the right to approve all social media content that displays or is associated with their trademarks or the franchisee's business and may require the franchisee to withdraw or discontinue the use of any social media posts or content, even if previously approved.
