- (c) Pre-Opening Training. Franchisor shall make available its standard pre-opening training to Franchisee's Principal Executive and up to one additional person, at Franchisor's headquarters and/or at another location designated by Franchisor. Franchisor shall not charge any fee for this training. Franchisee is responsible for its own travel, lodging, meal, and other out-ofpocket expenses. Franchisor reserves the right to vary the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of any individual attending the program.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Endless Summer Sweets Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor will make available its standard pre-opening training to the franchisee's Principal Executive.
