We require you to buy (or lease) and use a computer system to help manage the business. Currently, we require you to use iPads and the Square point of sale system, monitors, fax, scanner, and QuickBooks. As of the issuance date of the Disclosure Document, the purchase price for the Square POS system and other hardware and software is approximately $500 to $1,500 per location. The current estimated annual cost of maintenance, updating, upgrading, or support contracts for the software is approximately $1,200. We may change any required hardware and software requirements upon notice to you.
We are not obligated to provide any ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades, or updates but may do so on your behalf and invoice you for such costs, Unless we elect to handle your POS subscription for you, we can require you enter into a subscription contract for the POS System and any other applicable software. programs or applications.
