Distinguishing characteristics of our system include distinctive exterior and interior layout, design and color scheme; signage, decor, furnishings and materials; special recipes, menus and food and beverage designations; our confidential operations manual, preparation and service procedures and techniques; advertising, operating procedures and other aspects of the restaurant. We can change elements of the system.
