What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Embassy Suites By Hilton's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Reservation Service will be provided to franchisees on the same basis as it is furnished to other System Hotels. This means that all Embassy Suites By Hilton hotels operating under the same system will receive the reservation service under similar terms and conditions.
This ensures consistency across the brand and helps maintain a uniform standard of service for all customers, regardless of the specific location they choose. It also implies that the franchisee will need to adhere to the standards and requirements set by Embassy Suites By Hilton for utilizing the Reservation Service effectively.
The FDD also states that Embassy Suites By Hilton uses the Monthly Program Fee to develop and maintain the Reservation Service systems and support. Franchisees are required to participate in and use the Reservation Service, giving priority to confirmed reservations referred through the service. They can only use the Reservation Service or other designated services for outgoing reservations to other Network Hotels. This highlights the importance of the Reservation Service within the Embassy Suites By Hilton system and the franchisee's obligation to actively participate in it.
Furthermore, franchisees must also pay all fees, commissions, and charges associated with travel agent commission programs and third-party reservation and distribution services as required by the brand standards. This ensures that the Embassy Suites By Hilton brand maintains a strong presence across various booking channels and that franchisees contribute to the costs associated with these services.
