This Disclosure Document describes our franchise for hotels that will operate under the Embassy Suites Brand in the US. Our affiliates offer franchises for hotels that will operate under the Embassy Suites Brand outside the US under separate disclosure documents.
Embassy Suites hotels are designed to provide distinctive, high-quality all-suite service at hotels targeted to the upscale all-suite segment of the lodging business.
We license the Embassy Suites Hotel system ("System") which consists of the elements, including know-how, we periodically designate to identify hotels operating worldwide under the Brand. The System currently includes the Brand and the Marks; access to the Reservation Service; advertising, publicity and other marketing programs and materials;
