What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Embassy Suites By Hilton's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to advertise and promote their hotel and related facilities and services on a local and regional basis. This advertising must be conducted in a "first-class, dignified manner," and franchisees must use the identity and graphics standards established for all System Hotels. The franchisee bears the cost and expense of these advertising and promotional activities.
Embassy Suites By Hilton requires franchisees to submit samples of all advertising and promotional materials for approval before they are produced or distributed. This includes materials in digital, electronic, or computerized form, as well as any form of media that exists now or is developed in the future. Franchisees cannot use these materials until Embassy Suites By Hilton approves them.
Even if advertising or promotional material has been previously approved, Embassy Suites By Hilton reserves the right to disapprove of its continued use, and the franchisee must immediately stop using any materials that are disapproved. This ensures that all advertising aligns with the brand's standards and image.
