What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Embassy Suites By Hilton's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Monthly Program Fee is due monthly by the 15th day of the following month. The fee is calculated as 4% of Gross Rooms Revenue.
Embassy Suites By Hilton can change the Monthly Program Fee, but the rate will not exceed the current rate plus 1% of Gross Rooms Revenue over the term of the Franchise Agreement. The Monthly Program Fee covers various programs that benefit the Embassy Suites By Hilton system, such as reservation services, directories, internet sites, advertising, marketing, quality assurance, and technology programs.
This fee does not cover the costs for optional marketing programs or other services offered by Embassy Suites By Hilton or its affiliates in which the franchisee voluntarily chooses to participate. It also does not cover the cost of operating the hotel in accordance with the brand's standards or manual. Franchisees should budget accordingly to ensure timely payment of this fee to avoid potential penalties or loss of access to brand programs.
