What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Embassy Suites By Hilton Franchise Disclosure Document, an Order Document becomes part of the Information Technology System Agreement once it is submitted by the customer (the franchisee) to Hilton Systems Solutions, LLC (HSS) using an HSS-approved form and is then accepted by HSS.

This Order Document is issued under and becomes a part of the Information Technology System Agreement between HSS and the franchisee. The document includes all schedules, attachments, exhibits, and other documents expressly incorporated by reference. It becomes effective on the date identified by HSS under the signature blocks, referred to as the "Order Effective Date." Once signed by both parties, it is automatically incorporated into and becomes part of the Agreement.

The Order Document specifies that all licenses and sublicenses of software, subscriptions, services, and equipment provided or obtained under it are subject to the terms and conditions of both the Information Technology System Agreement and the Order Document itself. Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in the Order Document have the same meanings as those in the overarching Information Technology System Agreement.
