You agree to refer guests and customers, wherever reasonably possible, only to System Hotels or Network Hotels.
We may require you to participate in programs designed to refer prospective customers to Other Hotels.
You must display all material, including brochures and promotional material we provide for System Hotels and Network Hotels, and allow advertising and promotion only of System Hotels and Network Hotels on the Hotel Site, unless we specifically direct you to include advertising or promotion of Other Hotels;

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Embassy Suites By Hilton Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must refer guests and customers, wherever reasonably possible, only to System Hotels or Network Hotels. System Hotels and Network Hotels are other hotels within the Hilton network.

This means an Embassy Suites By Hilton franchisee is obligated to prioritize referrals and promotional efforts towards other hotels within the Hilton system, potentially limiting their ability to promote or collaborate with independent or competing hotels.
