What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Embassy Suites By Hilton Franchise Disclosure Document, payments required by the Order Document must be made in United States Dollars. These payments must be made within thirty days of receiving the invoice.
This means that as a franchisee, you are obligated to pay all fees and invoices in U.S. currency. This requirement ensures that all financial transactions are standardized and easily accounted for, simplifying the accounting processes for both the franchisee and Embassy Suites By Hilton. It is important to adhere to the thirty-day payment term to avoid any late charges or potential disruptions in service.
Embassy Suites By Hilton specifies that all fees indicated are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, insurance, rigging, duties, and other related fees and expenses, which are also payable by the franchisee. This clarifies that the quoted franchise fees do not include these additional costs, and franchisees should budget accordingly. Franchisees should also be aware that Hilton may use third parties to perform services, but Hilton remains responsible for these services.
