Customer is entering into this Agreement in order to obtain and use certain information technology ("IT") products, services and systems for and at the Hotel.
Customer may order Software, Services and Authorized Equipment by submitting an HSS-approved form of order document ("Order Document") to HSS. Once accepted by HSS the Order Document becomes part of this Agreement.

According to the 2025 Embassy Suites By Hilton Franchise Disclosure Document, the brand designates certain information technology (IT) products, services, and systems for use at the hotel. These IT systems are obtained through an Information Technology System Agreement between Hilton Systems Solutions, LLC (HSS) and the franchisee (referred to as "Customer").
