What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Embassy Suites By Hilton Franchise Disclosure Document, an applicant should confirm the amount of their franchise application fee with their Developer. The application fee must be paid by check or wire transfer when the application is submitted, or promptly after the expiration of the waiting period.
Embassy Suites By Hilton requires that applicants do not submit payment for the franchise application fee until at least the day after the 14th full calendar day following the date the applicant received the disclosure document in paper form or through the E-Disclosure procedure.
Prospective franchisees should note that the application fee is generally non-refundable if the application is approved, even if the approval is conditional on providing additional information. However, for a Change of Ownership Application, if Embassy Suites By Hilton approves the application, and the approved change of ownership does not occur, then Embassy Suites By Hilton will refund the Franchise Application Fee without interest, less $7,500.
