For a New Development Embassy Suites hotel, how long after application approval do I have to begin construction?

According to Embassy Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you are developing a new hotel, you must begin construction within 16 months of the date that Embassy Suites approves your application. You are also required to complete construction, receive authorization for opening, and actually open the Embassy Suites hotel within 36 months from the date of application approval.
