HSS licenses to Customer use of the Hilton Property Engagement Platform ("PEP") and the following Proprietary Software and sublicenses to Customer use of the Certified Third Party Software included in PEP under the terms specified in the Agreement.
B. Additional Software. HSS may require that Customer use additional Proprietary Software and Certified Third Party Software for the proper operation of the Agreement Products and Services. Such Software made available to Customer by HSS is licensed to Customer under the terms of this Agreement.
Some are described below but more exact requirements may be set forth in the applicable Brand Standards and are subject to change by HSS or HDOC or their affiliates or subsidiaries from time to time.
