Where can I find the 'Construction Work Completion Date' for my Embassy Suites hotel?

According to Embassy Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Construction Work Completion Date' is specified in the Addendum to the franchise agreement. The exact timeframe depends on the specific franchise offering. For certain offerings such as 'CI DT ES GU HFS OL PY QQ UP', the Construction Work Completion Date is due thirty-six (36) months from the Effective Date. For 'EY HAM H2 RU UAB' offerings, it is due twenty-seven (27) months from the Effective Date, and for 'HGI HWS PO' offerings, it is due thirty (30) months from the Effective Date. The 'Effective Date' is defined as the date set out in the Addendum on which the agreement becomes effective.

It's important to note that these deadlines can be extended under certain conditions.
