- Eforea Spa Training. If you have an eforea spa at your Hotel, product and service training must be completed before your eforea Spa opens for business by the spa director (or equivalent), each member of your leadership team, all members of administration and all technical positions including estheticians, nail technicians, therapists and hairdressers. Training will focus on the various products and services that you will provide at your spa. Training will be conducted by personnel of the suppliers we specify who are providing their products and services to your spa. They will generally have a minimum of 6 to 10 years' experience in the spa industry and at least 1 years' experience with their respective companies. Currently, there is no separate fee for this training. We may require you to attend an eforea spa Brand guest experience training in the future on how to deliver the eforea spa experience.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Embassy Suites' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee chooses to include an eforea spa at their hotel, product and service training must be completed before the spa opens for business. This training is required for the spa director (or equivalent), the leadership team, administration, and all technical positions, including estheticians, nail technicians, therapists, and hairdressers. The training focuses on the products and services offered at the spa.
The training is conducted by personnel from the suppliers providing products and services to the spa. These trainers typically have 6 to 10 years of experience in the spa industry and at least one year with their respective companies. Currently, there is no separate fee for this training. However, Embassy Suites may require attendance at an eforea spa Brand guest experience training in the future to learn how to deliver the eforea spa experience.
Other training programs, such as OnQ Rate & Inventory and GRO Training, are conducted online. The FDD specifies that virtual (internet-based with a live instructor) and online (internet-based without a live instructor) training courses are considered equivalent to classroom training. These courses may be provided by Embassy Suites or their designated third-party vendors. For programs that include travel by Embassy Suites' trainers to the franchisee's hotel site, the franchisee may be required to pay for the trainers' travel, lodging, tax, and meals.
