On what basis will the Embassy Suites Reservation Service be furnished to franchisees?

According to Embassy Suites's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Reservation Service will be provided to franchisees on the same basis as it is furnished to other System Hotels, subject to the provisions of Subsection 13. This means that all Embassy Suites hotels within the system receive the reservation service under a consistent set of rules and guidelines.

As an Embassy Suites franchisee, you are required to participate in and use the Reservation Service, including any additions, enhancements, supplements, or variants that Embassy Suites develops or adopts. You must also honor and give first priority to all confirmed reservations referred to the Hotel through the Reservation Service, ensuring that reservations made through the system are given precedence. The only reservation service or system that you may use for outgoing reservations referred by or from the Hotel to other Network Hotels will be the Reservation Service or other reservation services designated by Embassy Suites.

Furthermore, Embassy Suites uses the Monthly Program Fees to develop and maintain the Reservation Service systems and support. This fee contributes to the overall upkeep and advancement of the reservation platform, ensuring its continued functionality and effectiveness for all franchisees. Franchisees must also participate in, and promptly pay all fees, commissions, and charges associated with all travel agent commission programs and third-party reservation and distribution services (such as airline reservation systems), as required by the Standards and in accordance with the terms of these programs, all of which may be modified.
