We do not have any affiliates that offer franchises in any line of business or provide products or services to our franchisees. We do business only under our corporate name, "Ella Coffee Company, LLC" and under the trade name and service mark "ELLA" and "ELLA COFFEE HOUSE". We do not intend to use any other names to conduct business. Our agents for service of process are identified in Exhibit A to this disclosure document.
