Franchisee may open the Coffee House for business only with Franchisor's prior, written permission, which will be granted only if: (a) all amounts due Franchisor under this Agreement have been paid, (b) the Coffee House has been constructed and equipped according to Franchisor's Standards and specifications, (c) all of Franchisee's pre-opening and training obligations have been satisfied, (d) Franchisor has received from Franchisee a signed ACH Authorization (Attachment 4); (e) Franchisor has received from Franchisee a fully-executed copy of the Coffee House lease containing the mandatory lease terms described in Exhibit D, or the contract of sale for the Location; *
