Who owns the Confidential Information related to the Ella Cafe franchise?

According to Ella Cafe's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Ella Coffee Company or its affiliates own all Confidential Information related to the Ella Cafe franchise, except for information that Ella Coffee Company licenses from another person or entity.
