What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Ella Cafe's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee cancels, fails to attend, or does not complete an on-site training program or scheduled visit, they must pay an 'On-Site Training Cancellation Fee'.

The exact amount of this fee can vary. The FDD states that the fee amount depends on the type of scheduled training program. It also depends on how far in advance the franchisee provides written notification of the cancellation to Ella Cafe. Additionally, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs and expenses Ella Cafe incurs in rescheduling their travel arrangements.

This policy highlights the importance of franchisees providing timely notification if they need to cancel or reschedule training. Failing to do so can result in unexpected fees and expenses. Franchisees should carefully review the training schedule and cancellation policies to avoid these charges.
