Does the Ella Cafe non-compete agreement apply to territories where Ella Cafe's affiliates operate?

According to Ella Cafe's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Guarantor, which would typically be the franchisee, is subject to certain non-compete restrictions. During the term of the Franchise Agreement, the Guarantor cannot have any ownership interest in, or be employed by, any competitor. After the Franchise Agreement expires or is terminated, this restriction continues for two years.
