Because I am a Covenantor, Franchisor and Developer will disclose the Confidential Information to me in furnishing to me the training program and subsequent ongoing training, Franchisor's operations manual (“Manual”), and other general assistance during the term of this Confidentiality Agreement.
I will not acquire any interest in the Confidential Information, other than the right to utilize it in the development of the Franchised Business during the term hereof, and the use or duplication of the Confidential Information for any use outside the System would constitute an unfair method of competition.
