Independent Access**.
Franchisor may independently poll Gross Sales and other information input and compiled by Franchisee's POS System from a remote location.
There is no limitation on Franchisor's right to access this information.
Franchisor may require that Franchisee connect to a Web-based application enabling independent access to the information on the POS System and other in- Coffee House computer and camera systems.
