- (a) Franchisee shall prominently display, at Franchisee's expense, both on the interior and exterior of the Franchisee's ELLA Coffee House business premises, signs in such form, color, number, location and size, and containing such Marks Franchisor may designate.
Franchisor may require the Franchisee to use illuminated signs.
Franchisee shall obtain all permits and licenses required for such signs and will also be responsible for ensuring that all signs comply with all laws and ordinances.
Franchisee shall not display in or upon Franchisee's ELLA Coffee House business premises any sign or advertising of any kind to which Franchisor may object.
Franchisee reserves the right to require Franchisee to update Franchisee's signage at any time at Franchisee's sole expense.
