All captions in this Agreement are intended for the convenience of the parties, and none will be deemed to affect the meaning or construction of any provision of this Agreement.
- **13.6.
Persons Bound**.
This Agreement will be binding on the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
Each Owner must execute the Personal Guaranty attached as Attachment C.
Failure or refusal to do so will constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Developer and each Owner will be jointly and severally liable for each other's 'obligations hereunder and under the Personal Guaranty.
