Where will the Dryer Vent Squad System-Wide Training Program be offered?

After the opening of your Dryer Vent Squad Business, we reserve the right to require that you (or your managing owner if you are a corporate entity) attend a system-wide training program (the "System-Wide Training Program") that we may establish in our discretion. If we establish a System-Wide Training Program, the program will be offered from our affiliate owned Dryer Vent Squad Business in Lakewood, New Jersey and you will be responsible for all travel and expenses, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses and employee wages that you incur in connection with your attendance. We will not require your attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.
Some of our training will be done through Zoom programs.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Dryer Vent Squad's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the System-Wide Training Program, if established, will be offered at the affiliate-owned Dryer Vent Squad Business in Lakewood, New Jersey.
Dryer Vent Squad franchisees are responsible for all associated costs, including travel, lodging, food, car rental, and employee wages, when attending the System-Wide Training Program. The franchisor will not require attendance for more than five days in any calendar year.
In addition to the System-Wide Training Program, Dryer Vent Squad also conducts some training through Zoom programs. This offers franchisees some flexibility and potentially reduces travel costs associated with training. It is important to note that the franchisor reserves the right to require participation in other training programs related to the franchised business, as outlined in the Franchise Agreement.
