of a Dryer Vent Squad Business; (b) the Licensed Marks; (c) the Trade Dress; (d) Copyrights; (e) other trade names, service marks, signs, and logos, copyrights and trade dress that is designated by us, whether presently or in the future, for use in connection with the development, establishment, marketing, promotion and operation of a Dryer Vent Squad Business; (f) Operations Manual; (g) Business Management System Data; (h) Know-How; (i) Confidential Information; and (j) Digital Media. All determinations as to the system including components to the system and modifications and replacements thereto shall be determined by us in our Reasonable Business Judgment.
"System Supplies" refers to and means the equipment and supplies designated by us as required for use in connection with Franchisee's Dryer Vent Squad Business and the Approved Services and Products. What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Dryer Vent Squad Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryer Vent Squad has the right to designate the equipment and supplies required for the Dryer Vent Squad Business. These System Supplies include Dryer Vent Squad branded, nonbranded, and third-party branded equipment and supplies.
These System Supplies are designated by Dryer Vent Squad for use in the day-to-day operations of the Franchisee's Dryer Vent Squad Business. Examples of System Supplies include commercial vacuums, vent cleaning tools, appliance moving tools, testing equipment, drills, miscellaneous hand tools, Customer Vouchers, installation kits, and uniforms. These supplies are designated in the Operations Manual or in writing, and may be modified and supplemented by Dryer Vent Squad from time to time.
System Supplies also include those products that Dryer Vent Squad authorizes for sale to customers of the Franchisee's Dryer Vent Squad Business. During the term of the Franchise Agreement, a franchisee must communicate with or order products from Dryer Vent Squad's designated suppliers and vendors of System Supplies.
