"Licensed Marks" refers to and means the trademarks, service marks, emblems and indicia of origin, including the "Dryer Vent Squad" trademark, the Dryer Vent Squad logo, Trade Dress, and other trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, slogans and designs authorized by us in connection with the identification of Dryer Vent Squad Businesses and the Approved Services and Products, provided that such trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and designs are subject to modification, replacement and discontinuance by us in our Reasonable Business Judgment.
"Operations Manual" refers to and means, individually and collectively, the manual(s) designated by us and relating to the development and/or operations of Dryer Vent Squad Businesses including, but not limited to, the policies, procedures and requirements for the development and operation of Dryer Vent Squad Businesses. The Operations Manual may consist of one or more volumes, handbooks, manuals, written materials, videos, electronic media files, cloud/internet based list-service, intranet, internet based and accessed databases, computer media, email, webinars and other materials as may be modified, added to, replaced or supplemented by us from time to ti

According to the 2024 Dryer Vent Squad Franchise Disclosure Document, the Operations Manual contains the policies, procedures, and requirements for developing and operating a Dryer Vent Squad business. The Operations Manual can be modified by the franchisor and will designate the approved services and products that must be offered by the franchise.
Only approved services and products can be offered and sold by the Dryer Vent Squad franchised business. The franchisee must exclusively utilize system supplies in the operations of the franchised business.
The franchisor can make decisions with the intention of benefitting the system, including decisions about the licensed marks, operating territory markets, and marketing and accounting control systems. The franchisee must adhere to the franchisor's decisions.
