Hiring and Training of Employees We do not provide assistance with the hiring and training of your employees.
You will be directly responsible for the management and supervision of your employees.
For the protection of the System you must ensure that all employees wear and maintain the proper uniforms with our approved System branded apparel and uniforms including, but not limited to, the apparel and uniforms comprising System Supplies.
You must monitor and ensure that all System Supplies and Approved Services and Products are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the System standards and Manuals; and

According to the 2024 Dryer Vent Squad Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryer Vent Squad does not provide assistance with the hiring and training of franchisee employees. The franchisee is directly responsible for the management and supervision of their employees.
However, Dryer Vent Squad mandates certain requirements for the protection of the Dryer Vent Squad system. Franchisees must ensure that all employees wear and maintain proper uniforms with approved Dryer Vent Squad branded apparel. Franchisees must also monitor and ensure that all system supplies and approved services and products are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the system standards and manuals.
While Dryer Vent Squad does not assist with hiring and training, they do offer initial and supplemental training programs for the franchisee or operating managers. The franchisee is responsible for ensuring their employees adhere to the standards set forth in the manuals to maintain consistency and quality across all Dryer Vent Squad locations.
