Dryer_Vent_Squad Franchise · 2024 FDDAnswer from 2024 FDD Document
The level of experience of our trainers will, at a minimum, include each trainer's satisfactory completion of our initial training program. In addition to initial training, you will also be required to participate in and satisfy all other training programs that we may designate respecting the Franchised Business (Franchise Agreement, Articles 4). After the opening of your Dryer Vent Squad Business, we reserve the right to require that you (or your managing owner if you are a corporate entity) attend a system-wide training program (the "System-Wide Training Program") that we may establish in our discretion. If we establish a System-Wide Training Program, the program will be offered from our affiliate owned Dryer Vent Squad Business in Lakewood, New Jersey and you will be responsible for all travel and expenses, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses and employee wages that you incur in connection with your attendance. We will not require your attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than a total of five days in any calendar year.
Some of our training will be done through Zoom programs.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Dryer Vent Squad FDD, the minimum level of experience for Dryer Vent Squad trainers includes satisfactory completion of the initial training program. This means that individuals providing training on behalf of Dryer Vent Squad must, at the very least, have gone through the same initial training that new franchisees and their managers receive.
This requirement ensures that trainers have a foundational understanding of the Dryer Vent Squad system, its operational standards, and the methods franchisees are expected to implement. By requiring trainers to complete the initial training, Dryer Vent Squad aims to maintain consistency and quality in the information and guidance provided to new franchisees.
In addition to the initial training, Dryer Vent Squad franchisees are also required to participate in any other training programs that the company may designate. After opening their Dryer Vent Squad Business, franchisees may also be required to attend a system-wide training program. These ongoing training requirements suggest that Dryer Vent Squad places a strong emphasis on continuous learning and development within its franchise network.
Dryer Vent Squad also conducts some training through Zoom programs.
